I know that when my boyfriend and I are together we finish each others sentences. One of us seem to say what the other is thinking. So I would say yes! Men and women do sometimes think the same.

I am in a unique position to say. I dated a girl that transitioned into a guy. As the HRT took hold, his thought processes, the amount of time he spent thinking about sex, his sex drive, and his way of relating to people completely changed.

for instance, men typically use completely different thought processes to read maps than women do.

Of course, ever person is different.
