you work with a company, you get paid well. but your ideas were never applicable, and your coleagues are critical of your work, which often subject for scrutiny.
However, your boss is not bit bothered regardless of your work results!

Have a sit down with the boss and see why your ideas have never been applicable and what if anything can be done if it is about presentaion of your ideas. Jealousy is a big time factor in alot of companies, sounds like your colleagues have alot of that aimed at you. If causing too much stress in your life you might want to think of moving on and using your talents with a company that will appreciate and respect you.
