I have been feeling a bit of pain in my right tube area but no blood. I went for a transvag ultrasound and they saw nothing in my uterus. My beta count is is almost 4000. What is the probability of this being eptopic?

If you think you have an ectopic pregnancy you need to get to the doctor right away. Ectopic pregnancies are usually characterized by high fever and ridiculous sharp pain in your right or left side.

I had an ectopic last MAy and just became pregnant again and was very worried about possible ectopic but I had a vag ultrasound and they saw yolk sac in utereus. In the vag ultrasound they should have been able to see if there was anything in your tube. An ectopic will result in pain and eventually bleeding.

If the ultrasound came back ok you are probably ok. If it persists get a second opinion.
