It depends on the size of the stuff you want to send there.
Have you tried Hermes - you can send parcels overseas insured.

Shipping in a container.
But check what you would pay for the same items new in Germany, just in case it is cheaper than shipping everything. (Though I doubt it - furniture should be a lot cheaper in Africa than in Germany.)

check with shipping companies that do container shipping.
Cost-wise it might be better to sell everything you absolutely don't need and buy new at your destination.
