I registered my domain with 123-reg and I can now receive emails sent to the address to my yahoo address & my outlook, but how do i send from it? I can't find my way around 123-reg to see how to log in and send from my domain name, only forward to receive.

You are confused! A domain name has nothing to do with e mail. Your website has an e mail link. When someone clicks it and sends you mail, it goes to whatever e mail link you gave it. To mail them back, use your e mail program!

In my website (domain) I have a line which says in effect CALL ME.
In its most simple form it would be:
CALL ME!
This will allow others to send a message to you if they want to and what's more all you have to do is, if say your website is www.somebody.com you just click it on the search line and once you are in it you are one of the visitors which means you can send a message to yourself.
I also know a very good book about HTML which is all that is about, by Andrew Moreton.
I recommend it to you. It would be easier if I showed you the example in my website but I don't know if this is OK with BT regarding advertising.
Best of luck with everything.

It would all depend on if the hosting company gave you any domain email addresses.

Often times the hosting company includes a few email addresses with the space they rent to you. You would have to use their client or set up your outlook to sync with that email.
