I have seen it...but I just flee in disgust...hoping they dont go near my desk !!!

Yes I have but I couldn't hand them a Kleenex.
While we were waiting for our meal in the restaurant, someone came out of the kitchen and for a second or two we could see in through the door. The chef was picking his nose!
Unfortunately we couldn't go into the kitchen to offer him a Kleenex because there was a sign on the door saying 'for hygene reasons members of the public are not allowed beyond this point'.
So we did what I hope anybody else would do. We very tactfully stood up and called out loud enough for everyone to hear (there were about 20 diners in the restaurant) "We have just seen the chef picking his nose in the kitchen and would like to cancel our order" and then walked out.

Yes, but I make my husband ask for a kleenex. Or he can keep sitting there with his finger in the air and looking at me. I just flick them!!! I got bad habits!!!

Why not just donate them part of a fingernail so they can dig deeper?

Yes..some even still carry hanky's...now that's just..unsanitary..
