the emails you normally receive are blocked ?
Hacking is not the term to describe your problem.
Hackers are fools to bribe Marathi Police, as they cannot do anything to stop you receiving or sending e mail.
Change the password of your Internet connection.
Even in Broadband you can change it.
Register in Yahoomail with a new ID and carry on.,
