lol! we do get many weird questions in this section dont we...anyway i used to tickle my dog and she would love it...havent tried doing it to a tiger, unless you want to sacrifice yourself then go ahead and tickle the tiger, cows are dirty animals so i dont think its wise to tickle them...so my answer will be dog

Cows are more into being scratched, they got thick skins so you need to be pretty rough.
Tigers might like being tickled but I don't want to be around if it's a moody tiger.
Dogs have tickly feet so I guess I say dog.

i reckon a dog - dogs are usually playful: he might enjoy it! Choose wisely though: you don't want to p*** off a german shepherd!!

i think tiger is better, because after u tickle it, u can have the chance to explore tiger's stomache with ur own EYES!
