Fish is a complex organism, therefore it will contain carbohydrate, lipid AND proteins.

If you mean, does the "fish flesh" mostly contain one of these nutrients, then I would say protein first, then (depending on what type of fish flesh) lipid second - salmon and trout, for instance, have a high percentage of OMEGA 3 lipids

any animal body has less than 1%of carbohydrate.
so fish cannot be a carbohydrate.
now about lipid and protein.it depends on the type of fish.
But most of the fishes are very good sources of protein. In that sense the ans could be protein.
fat content of fish ranges from 0.1% to 25%
protein content is about 20%
carbohydrate 3-5%(shell fish other fishes have less carbohydrates)
rest is vitamin and mineral matter and water content.
