For men, I'd have to guess building models, fishing, woodworking, some sort of sports.
For women, Scrapbooking & other paper crafts are HUGE! There's also knitting or crocheting that are popular also.

Beside Drinking Beer and Chasing Women. Probably watching Nascar. Baseball. And other balls.
for the women I'd say complaining about the men having fun at there hobbies.
