I wash my husbands dress clothes, and dry them shortly. As soon as they are done, I take them out and hang them up. He just has too many dress clothes for me to keep up with the ironing. His clothes mostly are even the "Wrinkle free ones" but they still look like they need ironed.
Does anyone have any tips?

You indicated that he has a lot of clothes. Are they crammed in the closet? If clothes don't hang loose, they get more wrinkled while they're in the closet. That might help.

My sister hangs slacks/pants upside down (from the bottom of the legs with clips. The weight of the top of the pants keeps some of the wrinkles out.

However, years ago, I switched to the dry cleaners for my husband's dress shirts. It is an added expense, but it saves so much time; it was definitely worth it. (I hate ironing)

I think you're being too picky. I never iron unless the clothes have been in a suitcase. Just remove them from the dryer as soon as the cycle is complete and hang. No one but you is ever going to notice any wrinkles that remain. My husband also has many dress pants and shirts that he wears to work. Why waste your time on something that no one even sees. He gets more wrinkles in them by just wearing them.

I iron my clothes every day as part of my morning routine - "wrinkle free" or not. It is not a chore for me because I don't drag up a pile of clothes to iron. Just what I am wearing today. I've done it this way for 30 years because I remember when I lived at home with my Mom that ironing was such a chore because you were confronted with a huge pile. It works for me.

1)Try to wash less clothing in each load. Also, maybe try that wrinkle release spray.

2)You could send them to the cleaners to be washed. I think some places are $1.50 or even $1.00 for any garment. Those places are most proficient in men's dress shirts. I know it may seem expensive but it may be worth it if you are spending all of your time doing laundry.

3) Make him do his own. My husband does.

Are you using a fabric softner? Or perhaps your overloading the dryer. I use a good fabric softener and take the clothes out and hang them up as soon as the dryer is done. I don;t even know where my iron is anymore, LOL.
