yea they are related, Temari is the oldest and KAnkurou is the middlest and gaara is basically the baby. they aren't very close lcause gaara was SO feared that no body wanted to be around him not even his family. i guess gaara still feels some resentment towards them

Like everyone else has said, they are blood relatives. It's kind of vauge, but if you go to wikipedia and look on Temari, Kankuro or Gaara's page, it says that so and so is the eldest/youngest/only daughter of whoever.

Gaara's siblings (Temari and Kankurou) ARE blood related. They are his actual siblings, but it hardly mentions it and Gaara is almost embarrased to be calling them brother and sister :P

they r blood related. Kazekage is their father but he dies because orochimaru kills him to attend the chuunin exams disguised as him. their mother dies in pregnancy with Gaara because he had the Shukaku within him. Gaara's uncle, Yashamaru, dies suicidily trying to kill Gaara (it was Gaara who also triggered his death because he was already going to die because Gaara used Desert Coffin, he died completely by using bombs on his body to try to blow up Gaara but the Sand Shield just protected him.

Yes, Kankuro & Temari are my older Brother &
Sister. Temari is the oldest,Kankurou is second
and I am youngest, unfortunantly it's true.!
I don't like to talk about it..!LOL..(^-^)..
