Believe it. But to be fair, a lot of foolish people post violent things they'd like to do to the President, and the Secret Service is required by law to investigate all those too. Intercepting and examining communications has been a function of the NSA since LONG before the Patriot Act. Remember that Freedom of Speech comes packaged with a Right to Remain Silent; so try not to say anything dumb, because someone is always listening.

I've assumed foor the past few years that the DHS and the other goon squads serving the "Decider" may do exactly that. And made a conscious decision to ignore the possibility.

I am an American--that means I am free to speak my mind. If the DHS, NSA, or the would be Bush Politboro don't like it, they can go to h**l.

Yes and no.

Not a person particularly sitting at a computer doing so. But the Gov. has supercomputers (the NSA) which monitor all sorts of communications for keywords which may cause a flag and someone to investigate.

1) There is no Gestapo or anything close to it in this country.
2) Since this is an open forum, anybody could be monitoring it.
3) I doubt if anyone in Homeland Security has this much time to waste.

You must know if our gov. doesnt care about 250 trillion dollars debt, massive pollution, oceans depletion and
so many other terrible things that we live with. No one cares what we are asking except the other people asking questions on this site. You get answers but no means to a solution. just the way our gov. likes it. Keep the people anestitized and let them chat all the want about how to solve the worlds problems.

I certainly hope so. I've eluded to doing in Bush so many times, I'm just waiting to being awakened by 3 guys without names and being carried off in a black car in the middle of the night.
FYI: if you don't see me answering anymore, you'll know what happened.

No way. There aren't enough intelligent people participating in this forum. Too many boobs, teenybobbers, uneducated, semiliterate people here who blather on about things they know nothing about.

It's all I can do to scroll through here to find someone with an IQ higher than their age....the Intelligence community has other websites to watch rather than this bunch of dumba** people.....

I hope someone is watching. There was one guy in here one day who said he was in love with an 11 year old girl and he was like 30.
What a pervert. I hope someone catches the child molester.

No.

Do you know how much time that would take?

Most of those guys are sitting on their *** goofing off, the same way the rest of the people on here are.
