Some of your terms sound as if they were drawn from Richard Bucke's 'Cosmic Consciousness'. There, he theorizes that there are three stages in the development of humanity: simple (or instinctual) consciousness, self consciousness, and cosmic consciousness. The instinctual phase would resemble an animal - not self-aware and acting only one the basis of biology. Self consciousness would be our present stage, able recognize ourselves as entities and consider greater ramifications of actions. Cosmic consciousness would be the ultimate endpoint, involving complete awareness of ourselves as a piece of all things and total knowledge of all possible outcomes.
Bucke's view of a super consciousness is a specific spin on a not particularly new idea. To compare and contrast with others:
Collective consciousness is an actual sociological term describing a sort of commonality of belief, attitude, and knowledge among a people. When you talk about a collective consciousness doing something, it's not like it's conscious in the same way as a single person, but more a consideration of how those common characteristics will cause different people to react to certain things in identical ways.
A not entirely dissimilar concept is that of the Gaia Theory, which suggests that a whole biosphere or planet may be a kind of lifeform of its own. So as cells make up a human body, so too might many species make up a Gaia entity... and perhaps that entity is even conscious as well. This would suggest that our brains (and bodies as well) are just sub-parts of a greater mass-brain. Unlike Bucke's vision, we could never really unify with such an entity, though perhaps communication (or escape) might be possible.
Other versions involve a panoply of permutations: in some all individual consciousnesses are destined to eventually blend into one immaterial being of thought, and some are even religious in nature suggesting that this ultimate thought-being or supreme consciousness is in fact God. There are lots of different flavours, and some of the terms (like mass consciousness) get bandied about with slightly different meanings by each.
Hope that helps!

I must admit my interpretation isn't based on specific knowledge of these terms, but an educated guess.
Super-consciousness, I think, refers to a non-human consciousness, such as god or life force, that created, regulate, control or operate the greater, objective reality, the consciousness behind existence, or at least our world and universe, maybe all possible realities.
Instinctual consciousness, again I think, must be that part of our awareness relating to our instincts, or biologically controlled behavior, such as sexual desire.
Mass consciousness, probably, refers to a shared reality, to collective consciousness of a number of people all relating to a common reality, conditions, circumstances, etc. It probably relates to the Zeitgeist, a combination of conscious and subconscious connectivity between various people, all tapping into the same vibe, if you like.
I'm watching this space for proper answers.

super consciousness: the voice that you hear in the back of your head.
instinctual consciousness: the voice in the back of your head when your not sure of a decision to make.
mass consciousness: when you are aware of the fact that you have a conscience and how it inputs information.
i might also add, you ask very thoughtful questions. i was beginning to think that i was alone in that department for a while. its okay to joke, but i love questions like these also.
peace,
