How does one interpret intercepted houses in their natal chart?

I have 2. One in my own sun sign!!

Interceptions come in pairs - across the astrological wheel from each other. Interceptions will change depending upon the house system used in the calculations of your natal chart (there are about 10 house systems - some do not use interceptions at all).

With your Sun intercepted, it possibly feels like having all this astrological information about yourself, yet it doesn't quite fit how you express yourself... yet. By the time of your Saturn return, appx. 28 yrs old, you'll begin to express yourself more naturally, in a truly comfortable fashion, than before. By the time you are 33 1/2 years of age, you'll fully 'bloom' into your true self. I've tested this with many people who have had this sort of interception. (That's what you do with astrological ideas, test 'em out.)

In the mean time, hang out with others of your own Sun sign and see how they interact with the world. You'll learn how you *may* relate with others by their example, and you'll unfold into your self when the time comes.

Just don't marry your own sign or opposite one. By 33 1/2 you'll be done with their lessons they have to teach you.

I've found that intercepted houses show things the native might rather keep hidden from public view, but in order to see how that works for you, an astrologer would have to draw up a natal chart for your exact time, date and place of birth.

You would have to have two... the chart is symmetrical. Someastrologers feel that the expression of those two signs is muted a bit.
