Its a messenger bag, and it started to break not a month after i first got it, do i absolutley have to have the reciept or the tag, or is there another way for them to return it if they know it came from that store and not someplace else like Target?

they will probably know its theirs but they might only give you store credit which i know sucks but there are some cute things at Claires

in some stores if you lose the receipt you can still return it but with the tag that says the price and all that! like macy*s but i dont know about Claire's, i have never returned anything from their

Hi. They should know their products by the sku number on the items. They Will most likely give you store credit though as you lost your receipt.
