Babies can hear at 4 months. First movements are usually felt between 16-18 weeks. I felt my daughter move at 15 weeks. She was my first. It felt just like butterflies fluttering inside me. It didn't happen everyday at first, but over a few weeks the movements became more frequent.
Also, I use to talk and sing to my daughter all the time during my pregnancy. When she was born, she didn't stop crying until she heard my voice. It was an incredible feeling!
Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and baby! Enjoy it all!

The baby usually hear at the end of the first trimester. At the movements to me felt like fish swimming around in your stomach. At first I didn't pay it no mind because also it was my first child and I felt movement around in my stomach but didn't pay it no mind until I started feeling it everyday. So, you will know whenever you keep feeling it.

At around 20 weeks or so, you'll start feeling what I describe as popcorn popping inside your stomach. Your baby can start hearing your voice in the first trimester and gets stronger as they develop. Talk to your baby a lot and read him/her books or put headphones around your stomach and let them listen to some classical music. That will make your baby smarter as the brain develops. Good luck!

Congrats!!!!!!!Everyone is different but you will probably feel your baby start to move soon, if you haven't already its usually around four or five months that you notice when they kick and poke you. Your baby wont be able to hear your voice until around seven months. The really cool thing is that because your baby can hear your voice in the last months of your pregnancy, it will be able to recognize when you speak almost immediately after it is born!!!!!:)

Well first, if your baby is in your stomach, you have a problem. The uterus is usually the place where the baby resides.... : D
