No, sorry to tell you, but since Alliance and Horde are enemys in game, it wont be allowed, but it doesnt mean you cant talk to them. Eventually, Blizzard is coming out with books of translation so you will be able to learn other languages, as of yet though, they have not made any, and if they do, it will be probably a language from your OWN faction, which would be pretty useless. Allys may (eventually) learn Orcish(primary language of the Horde) and Horde will learn [Darnassian?] the main language for Alliance.
But the fact is, you will NEVER be able to party up with your opposite faction. and personally, why would you want to? that just completely ruins the pvp value.

No, Horde and Alliance cannot form any sort of party, raid or anything. They can only duel and/or flag each other and fight.

No. There's some speculation that you might be able to, under limited circumstances, in future expansions (such as, a group to go hunt down Arthas), but as far as I know, that's just rumor.

no u cant group but you CAN talk to the allies (or horde respectivly) if you type /e it will liet you create your own emote which both sides can understand!!!!
