I finnally get this game, installed it but when i try to play the disc just spins a bit, the BandW symbol comes up, then nothing!!
Im running windows XP.
Ive restarted my computer, ive tried to reinstall it, i even installed the patch but no go? whats wrong??
My computer far surpasses the requirements.
How can i make this work?

I had the same thing with my first Black and White. I used to play for hours on my old laptop but then i got a new modern desktop computer when the laptop finally went bang. And i found that i could no longer play it any more all i could play was either BW creature island (the add on) or BW2 turns out when i contacted tech support the new computer was to fast for the old game. So if you have a new computer this is the problem

Right click the start menu shortcut, select properties, select compatability, and try running it in Windows 2000 mode.
See if that helps.
