I always try to. When a situation is bad, and I have alot, I try to rationalize by making it something worse, than I don't feel so bad.

I do.

Things are never as bad as they seem. They're never as good as they seem either. I know that sounds really negative, and I'm actually NOT negative person at all.

But somehow remembering that there's good in all bad and bad in all good really helps me to keep things in perspective and not get carried away (either way). Plus, it gives me the luxury of just being able to really enjoy the moment I'm in.
