Go on Nuva Ring. Of course you can't stuff it up the intended hole, but what's the worst that could happen? A little extra friction??

Birth control is a great thing but everyone responds to it different. The pills and the shot ( Depoprevara) have been known to decrease metabolizm and in turn a 20lbs+ wight gain is not uncommon. Haveing said that , You have only known this guy for 3 weeks and birth control does not protect you from STD's. Even if he said its ok im clean, YOU really DONT KNOW. So it is a good idea for Birthcontrol b/c condoms break. But U dont know the guy well enough to have unprotected sex

I really don't think you and Derek have anything to worry about as far as birth control goes. You do have to worry about other things, so it's a good idea to keep using protection.
