I would think Chicken, in order to have the best tasting meat for the money. You would have to go with cheaper cuts of the other meats to compare in price, which wouldn't be as good.
Turkey is possible too, but I personally think chicken would be a good way to go.

Turkey would be the cheapest, but only around the Holidays. You can get it for as little as 10 cents a pound. Poultry would be the next one up. Pork after that (although not usually used in weddings) and finally beef.

chicken or turkey probably. It realy depends on the cut of the meat though, for instance brisket is going to cost a lot less than sirloin cuts on beef, etc.
