Hey Chio.
Let me clarify something.
A 23 year old, dating a 15 year old, is NOT illegal. I don't care where you live, it's not illegal. You may think, well, I live in the United States, it's illegal here! Wrong. I live in the US as well. It's not illegal. Only thing illegal about it is, having sex. Chio did not mention any type of sexual relationship, so, everyone of you on the first page, and part of second, is wrong.
The question is, SHOULD you? Well, that's up for the oldest person to decide. Of course, people younger always want to get with someone older. Myself being male, I prefer an older woman, hence I said, woman, not a girl, woman. And that is probably the same case with this 15 year old. I remember being 15, I was an asshole, a nice asshole though, compared to the other guys. Who would want to be with someone like that?
I just hope you don't get yourself, or this other person in any kind of trouble. Should also consider how the parent may feel. I would like to share my situation, but this isn't about me, I just hope all goes well in this particular situation.

That is just plain wrong and where the hell are this 15 year old parents. It is illegal and just disgusting it's an 8 year difference. Jail Time that is the only thing that should be in this 23 year old guy.

There are plenty of other 15 year olds out there for you to date. Even if you have adult interests, I'm sure you can find someone like-minded, closer to your age. Now, I don't believe you're too young to be in a relationship at all, but this guy is a lot more experienced than you might realize. Even if he's young for his age, you are leading two separate lives (you're in high school, he's way past all that). Friendship is the basis of a good, healthy relationship, but it's hard to be close friends with someone who is legal when you're not even allowed to drive yet. I don't think it's a good idea to get involved with him. Even just being friends is only asking for trouble...

NO!!! What are you crazy?! Not only is that gross but it just shows the type of character you are. Can't you find anyone your own age? If you date a girl that's 15...her mentally state will stay 15 because at that age they're still molding. Do you wanna be with a 15 year old mind forever...even if she's 30?

That's a pretty big age gap, I mean i'm 19 and would like to date a 26 yr old but we're both of age. If he's 23 he might have more experience than you are ready to handle( no offense). The possibilities that he might date you are more unlikely than not. Are you ready for this to happen? Can you relate on things and find common ground?

That's a bit of an age difference there. I would hope that the 23 year old would be more mature than that.

Absolutely no. I don't care if the girl is "mature for her age". It is not okay.
If you have a child, would you let them at the age of 8 go out with a 16 year old? Its the same age difference, its disturbing that you would ask this question.
