aw my poor wee lamb you are just needing some tlaa ... which means tender love and attention. you need to direct your energies into finding something or someone (even better) to get that attention from.Maybe you just like the thrill of communication over the telephone so perhaps you could do tele-sales or something similar that requires a phone eg a good samaritan. that would be great if you could help someone. good luck in getting over your addiction next time you phone to make an appointment make it for something positive and keep it. xx

I don't know about a term...but maybe this "person" doesn't have a life and makes these appointments to make him/herself feel better... and makes it seems that his/her day is "planned" with a lot of things to do , and places to go and people to see? Hmm...
