Yes. Not good to represent yourself. You are to emotionally involved. Also, most lawyers have a specialty (civil,criminal, tax law,etc)..what he needs a lawyer for may not be his specialty

Absolutely, lawyers handle fewer of their own legal matters then doctors doing self diagnosis. Known as lawyer love.

I really believe that they do, because lawyer practice different laws. So if he pratice adoption laws he would need a lawyer for a criminal offenses if something happens like that. chow
