We go through about 10 diapers per day.

At least every 2-3 hours. Generally after each feeding and anytime you smell anything.
I went thru 10-14 diapers a day with my son when he was young. He's 3 now.

I don't know exactly how many times a day I used to change my son, but he was bottle fed, so I used to do it before every feeding while I was waiting for the formula to warm up and whenever it was dirty. I think that's a good way to go.

direct correlation to feeding: every 2 to 4 hours...be sure to
use a non-alcoholic wipe...if the skin gets red and tender, that can be a mess (A& D ointment for diaper rash)....don't let the baby remain in soiled diapers, hygiene is important to health issues.

8-12 times - depending on them. Obviously the more they poop, the more diapers there are to change.

about every 2-4 hours... depending on feeding schedule, but should change diaper every time they eat.
