Security. A woman needs emotional and financial security.
Financial security: You'll never find a happier woman than the one who knows she won't find herself stranded on the side of the freeway because the car broke down...AGAIN. Financial security is knowing that if a crisis hits, there's at least enough resources to start the journey of whatever the crisis may be. It's knowing that if your child gets sick, you have the means to get them right into a doctor. That is partly the reason you have so many woman in the workplace. Many of them have gotten jobs to ensure their own financial security. That's how badly we need it.
Emotional security: She needs to know that he will be there through thick and thin, that when things get heated he won't withhold love. She needs to know that he won't pack his bags or find someone elses bed. She needs to know that she can trust him to make good decisions. She needs to know that she can spend time with him and share her heart without fear of insults or being made to feel inferior to him. That is emotional security.

to not be taken for granted and shown that we are still the most beautiful women to them and that we are still the most important thing to our husbands and maybe a bunch of flowers now and then or be taken out for a meal occasionally alone but mostly just a hug at the end of they day and an ear to listen to our winges

Love, laughter, honesty, respect and equality. I for one do not like being made to feel as thought I am a subservient being, and less of a person because I am a woman.

No seriously - truth, trust, love, respect, loyalty, fun, good humour, clean, kind, genuine, hard worker, honest etc. Lots of things. One out of ten is a start thought i guess!

Respect & not take her for granted. A little appreciation goes a looooong way. I dont mean showering her with expensive gifts either.

To be worshiped and adored. OR...To listen to her, drink up her words! Basically a woman assumes a man can read between the lines. But they can't. That is why it is good to LISTEN to what she says. It doesn't hurt to take her aside and ask, "What did you mean when you say.....?" Better yet, ask HER what makes her happy. Sit and chat with her.
