When Anna Nicole Smith died, and her will was read, she had left everything to her son, that had died several months earlier. Now, would that mean, that everything her son was to recieve, could go to his father Billy Smith????

I believe that it would pass to her next of kin, which would be her little daughter whom I feel so sad for.

I belive it should technically go to him and become part of his estate then be distributed legally according to the law governing estates without a will. Which i think would leave it to the baby, to be placed in a guardianship account hopefully to be managed by a professional guardian for the benefit of the child until the child reaches majority. The father could contest it and try to see if he can get anything, but since the parents weren't married it would be a hard fight for him to get anything. Maybe the court will split it. Difficult situation.

Depending on the state, the money would either be split evenly amongst her benificiaries (her daughter, that lawyer). Am I the only one that thinks he killed them both? Or, if it were to go to his father he would have to prove that was Anna-Nicole's wish in probate court.

No. She made Howard Stern the executor of her estate, and the guardian of her son when he was a minor. Now that her son is dead, I think Stern gets everything.

I think it would go from Daniel to Dannielynn(Anna's baby) then to Howard. But I don't really know. But Daniel fathered Dannielynn did you know that?
