Its about this guy when left his home town ten years ago. He was only suppose to be gone six months and that six months turned into tens years. Plus he wrote a book about the people in his home town. He left behind his girl friend and his friends and never phoned them or visited them within the ten years he was gone. Up until now. He went back home because his publisher was asking him to write another book and he had writers block. That this why Nick went back home to his home town. When Nick came home he had a few surprises that waited for him.Hanna had a child and Nick is not even sure if Sam is really his. And some of his friends now are mad at him because he put them in his book. He wrote about his friends and the people in his home town - which the people in his first novel is about. So October Road is a good new show to watch. And i can't wait to see it on thursday night at 10 pm on abc.

A guy left town 10 years ago. He told his high school friends he'll be gown for 6 weeks, but stayed gone for 10 years. He went to New York, wrote a best selling novel about his hometown. His ex girlfriend had a child & it's his. So now he's going to stay in his old hometown.
The show is allright, but eventually his ex girlfriend has to admit the child is his. & The audience will find out how he upset his best friend in his novel.
Tomorrow night will be the 3rd episode. If you watch...u can still catch up.

There's this guy, Nick, and he leaves his hometown including all his friends and his girlfriend, Hannah, for 10 years. He decides to go back home after writing a book about his hometown.
When he returns, he learns his best friend hates him, his ex-girlfriend has a son (he doesn't know if it's his), he meets a new girl at the nearby college, and he has a whole road yet to uncover.

It is about an author that hasnt been home in 10 yrs. He left one day to go backbacking through Europe, he said he'd be back in 6 weeks. He his family, friends, & a girlfriend. When he returns home he finds his ex has a 10 year old son. Might be his, might not. I'm hooked. I love this show

Its about this guy who left for 10 years and comes back to his hometown after he writes a scathing novel about his friends. Its only been on for 2 episodes and I can't yet decide if I like it or not!
