Well you can always check out Stone Temple Pilots, Army Of Anyone, Filter, Alice In Chains and The Blood Hound Gang...They are mostly hard bands. I'm not too big on soft music like you mentioned but these bands have some soft stuff..especially Stone Temple Pilots has some soft songs..check these ones out...Sour Girl, I Got You, Atlanta, Adhesive, 7 Caged Tigers.
