I use the cel phone. It's supposed to be
right, because it synchronizes.
But it isn't consistent with the desktop PC,
(GMT 5:00 Eastern U.S. and Canada.

The clock at work is considered Greenwich Meridian, so I set my watch by that! Don't know if it's fast or slow.

i don't wear a watch, but if i did, it'd be 12 minutes fast. i've had all my clocks/watches 12 minutes fast since i was a teenager. but if you ask me why, i won't have an answer, 'cause there is no answer.
