You can try filing square and then use a crescent wrench. Or you an drill and use an easy-out, however if a small screw this is not so easy. could also try using a hacksaw to put in another screwdriver slot then use a hand impact driver to remove. are available at your hardware store or Sears.

goto your local hardware store there is a drill bit you can get that removes screws/bolts that have striped heads
