It's good to look back on the good times. We all do it. If you are depressed and feel it is more than you can handle please seek professional help. There's a lot out there in the world today to stress us and depression is beyond our control. It's okay to reach out and get the help we need. Meds can help in some cases and in other cases counseling. Any local church should be able to direct you to where you can get that help at no charge. Best wishes to you.

I don't think that is such a negative thing to do. I have a freind who suffers badly with depression he sys that the worst thing is when you feel like nothing good ever happened so nothing good ever will agian.

If you can remember the good times then, hopefully, you can know that good times will come again.

I hope that the good times do come for you again - make sure you don't loose the plot completely and if you do loose your home you don't find yourself out on the street - there are agencies and people out there who can help you through this bad time until you can find you feet again - Shelter is the main one in the UK. Use them. Good luck

It is common to feel down when things aren't going your way. Just try to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you can't see a light just try to think "how bad can things REALLY get" and be honest.

Most people think that whatever they are going through is the worst thing that possibly happen to them. Nearly all of the time this isn't the case.

Its okay to look upon the good times. There are times in life we wish we could just wish we were never born. Looking back at the good times can help you act upon the future with hard work and never give up, just keep giving yourself hope and remember you are never the only one in the world going through this someone out there shares your pain, someone out there maybe going through a much worse situation. I wish you all the best. Use this life experience to make yourself stronger xXx
