First of all, without knowing what Stuff is, and who IT is, it's a little hard to answer your question. You have a lot of variables. Did you just buy the computer yesterday?, do you complete a lot of searches?, are you using dial up, or high speed?. Here is several possible answers: make sure you have a pop up blocker, and it is on. You have to clear your Cache, and Cookies. You should have a registry cleaner, and you must De frag. Make sure you have a good security program, also, check to see if you have enough memory on your computer to handle what you are trying to do. I hope this helps.
