all of my friends turn to me for advice and i am really flattered that they like me but it is getting to much. i enjoy giving them advice as they say it works. But i just want to tell them that i need a break. How can i tell them so they dont get i a mood with me?

i'm a conflict manager at my school so i know what you mean!just tell your friends that your flattered they come to you but it's getting a little to much for you to handle and you don't think your giving the right advice or that you are afriad that person might get mad at you if you say anything good luck,Miley Cyrus

I don't know how old you are, but I was in a similar situation and the way I got away with it was in nightclubs. When they started to talk about their problems I cut them off and said "Let's just have a great evening and forget about this stuff!". Then I either got them a drink or dragged them onto the dancefloor. This actually worked quite well, especially if you're in a happy, bubbly mood and get them to cheer up.

If this happens when you're at home, I'm not too sure. You could try something similar by putting on a funny movie or go to the cinema.

Hope it helped & good luck! :)

Well...I'm known as the school therapist. LOL...corny...but I do get Tired of other peoples' problems. But I just say I need to think about it...and in that time I'm actually relaxing my mind. It's hard, I love my friends and all but I have to tell them to "Give Me A Break" Don't be afraid to tell your friends how you feel about them not fixing their own problems without you.
