iit sounds like a server bacterial or parasite infection. Emediatly thuroughly clean its cage be shure evry thing is clean, check it for parasites, consider giving it a bath, if you find parasites then get parasite medication and take appropriate action for the diferent types of parasite. Also raise the temperature, and give him nutrient, and vitamin tablets or bites from the pet shop. Aslo get medication from your pet shop, a vet is preferable but if you son't have the money I sujest you use the steps above, I hope your lizard comes out okay.

Not that very much will help but taking her to a Vet but the fact that her legs are shaking seems bacterial ( some sort of infection) and that her mouth is open, well Dragons do that when they to hot, to cool down. Is she to hot? Do you have a hot rock in the tank/cage? Have you feed her something she's not sappose to have? I think I remember having a baby breaded that was impacted and we figured out that it was eating the grit in the cage. That was one of our first hatched babies and since then we use paper towel on the cage floor. Hope that helps.

It needs to see a vet try getting someone to loan you the money if not call a vet and tellthem you don't have the money and see if they can work out a payment plan. And if you can't do either maybe you should think about giving it up to a rescue so it has a chance.
