What makes life hard for you?

Not the usual thing but the more real things. And what do you do to make life better for you and others?

My attitude.

Speak with friends and family. Try to do-it-myself attitude adjustments. Breath slowly and deeply when stressed.

Islamaphobia . There I will be, getting on with my life, not hurting anyone when I read quotes in the news etc etc which are based on a belief slowly drip fed to us through the media, rather than facts. I wish people would investigate Islam for themselves and remember the fanatics do not represent the majority of us. I am tired of having to repeat that.

peoples negetivity and horribleness and judgment.. thats proberly just the usual things but it really puuls me down.. i think if we all had a chip inserted into our brain which took away the deceit etc

knowing you can't please the people you would like to please. You can't fix them or make it work because you are not designed to please them which is why I have a hard time loving God because he was the one who made me. I feel like if he made me the way i wanted, i wouldn't have to worry about rejection, feeling less, or not having anythin to offer. I should be grateful, but what is that if you can't have what you want. So i try to live for myself and get what i can get and move on.
