How come we are fighting a war in iraq instead of using all those military forces to look for Osama bin Laden? I just don't get it...

"all those military forces to look for osama" would be a waste.

Lets see, what should I do? Should I use the majority of the military to look for an ailing man, (whose finances have been cut off) hiding in a thousands of miles of caves, or use the majority of the military to ensure another group of extremists don't control the oil rich nation of Iraq, which would eventually fund an infinate number of terrorist attacks, and threaten the world? HMMM TOUGH CHOICE.

President Bush said recently he does not care where Bin Laden is

Bush’s priorities have always been skewed. Just months after declaring he wanted bin Laden “dead or alive,” Bush said, “I truly am not that concerned about him.” Turning his attention away from bin Laden, Bush trained his focus on Iraq — a country he now admits had “nothing” to do with 9/11.

Capturing bin Laden, as Rep. Nancy Pelosi recently pointed out, will not necessarily make America safer because it would come five years too late. Yet, capturing or killing the man responsible for 9/11 should remain a high priority.

I have wondered the same thing. I would support such a military effort but do not support the war in Iraq. Did you know that families Saud, Bin Laden and Bush have been buddies and business partners for decades? It was Bin Laden money that helped bail Dubya out of some of his failed business ventures. With that in mind the answer to your question should be very clear.

OBL is so 15 minutes ago. Even Iraq is getting old (we went in to get Saddam, Saddam is dead. Game over)

Some say we're going to bomb Iran in the next two weeks, but they have AA and aircraft and such. So I have a better idea.

Let's bomb....Florida. We already know about the deplorable condition of their educational system (they can't count), they're sapping the life out of Social Security and Medicare,
and if I ever hear "it's a small world" again, they're gonna find me on the top of the Cinderella Castle with a Barrett .50 cal shooting cartoon characters.

Yep, Florida it is.

Well Osama is likely a big contributor to some Presidential campaigns who won't disclose who funds them. Since those who won't disclose are also in Congress a search for Bin Laden would result in them getting less campaign contributions.

because there is not a question in the intelligence community as to his whereabouts. Hes at home in Saudi arabia safe from extradition or even rendition. Protected by Bush's most trusted and loyal allies the Royal Family.

Just because you don't know about it, doesn't mean it isn't happening. What did you think, that the search for bin laden would be updated daily on youtube?
