My hubby and i have been married almost 4.5 yrs and i am 23 yrs old he is 29.We were seperated for 8 months due to fighting i felt he was pressuring me to become pregnant and a stay at home mom which i was not ready for at all so i kept taking the pill.During the seperation i started seeing my ex.bf and first everything from highschool. I ended it because he was a newly wed.Any way i just found out i am 4 months pregnant but my hubby and i did not get back together till 2 months ago?Can the doctor have messed up the date?

He did an ultra sound twice and still says i am 4 months along.

possible, but not likely. especially after 2 ultrasounds (already?! at only 4 months?)

Doctors have been wrong before but I would have to agree with everyone and say that me may be right I do know that a doctor was off my 5 weeks with my cousins baby they can do a blood test that can tell what week your baby should be at if both are saying 4 months then taht is what I would go with. The doctor is probably right. There's no way the doctor can be off by 2 months based on the ultra-sound. Maybe off by a week or 2, but 2 months off is highly impossible.

Doctors are trained professionals and although they can make mistakes but they have years of schooling in the subject of medicine to back them up
I am sure if he is right on the money honey ....
sometimes people give out toooooo much information here

There is a BIG difference in what a 2 month old and 4 month old looks like. Your Doctor is correct. He could not have missed that badly -- a couple of weeks, yes -- two months no.

The doctor would not be off by two months on ultrasound. If he was off, it would be more like a week off. Sorry! It looks like you and your hubby need to talk and also you and your ex! Good luck.

Ouch.....Doesnt sound like it is good ole hubby's. However, if you guys were seperated, mutually, just tell the truth. I am sure he probably had relations with others too.

The drs have some little bone in the baby's body that they measure to see how old the baby is. I'm sorry, but this is not your husband's baby.
