I don't think he's for or against Jesus. I don't think that's what its about, It is about free speech I just love it because its in the news that some kid held up a sign "bong hits for Jesus" and now he's in Supreme Court that's not right and i will go downtown and hold up the same sign at the Court office if it would help, but if you find out how i can help let me know ok [e-mail] ? what do you all think

Since the case has already been argued before the US Supreme Court, short of writing an amicus brief there is little that you can do to support the plaintiff directly. You are free to write to the Supreme Court justices. Also a letter to your local newspaper would help show public acceptance for broad free speech rights.

Read the First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Yes, there is free speech. But a person also has the right to not have their religion attacked. Sames amendment protects both.

Edit: I don't know how you worded your question the last time, but my guess is that if they deleted it, it was due to drug references.

I haven't heard anything about this bong hits 4 jesus issue, but I think that's ridic that he has to go to court about holding a sign expressing himself. I thought our government separated politics and religion..
