there is this girl and every time i see her i have this felling but then i stop talking to her because she is very childish.
but for some reason i catch her looking at me and i get wet but iam not gay am i confuse

It doesn't matter what label you give to yourself. "Gay" people do not have to fit a certain image (be macho, manly if lesbian; feminine, high voice if gay male). You are obviously attracted to this girl sexually so you are either potentially attracted to both sexes or just one sex which, in societal terms, would make you gay or bisexual. It sounds like you are not comfortable with those words. I wasn't either when I first found myself attracted to a woman. I had been attracted to guys in the past so I didn't want to believe I was anything but straight. But if the shoe fits...as they say...wear it! It may take some time for you to be comfortable calling yourself gay or bi. That's Ok! It's your life. Don't call yourself anything right now, just enjoy the crush.

The whole being wet part is confusing. If you aren't into her sexually, then why are you getting wet? But maybe it's just a non-sexual crush....maybe you just admire her a great deal. Like I have a crush on Ciara....I freaking love her, but I'm not gay...I just think she rocks!

Sexual attraction to both the opposite and same gender is the definition of bisexual.
