I can't really say that but I can say that after 24 years working for the Army in the Personnel Field, I found people from Pennsylvania to be the most book educated with a high percentage of college graduates. That said, they did not have enough common sense to come in out of the rain. I always thought this was a strange quirk and it was mostly based upon Vietnam era draftees. I love Pennsylvania, but could never explain this anomaly.

Florida, the sunshine state. It is full of beachbums, nobody wants to work because they want to party their *** offs at the beach. Honestly, everybody I know is not from here..... So all the dumbs from all over the world came here to try to make a living, that's the reason why I think they are dumb. It's not worth a penny anymore, crime rate is higher because of all those dumb asses that wants to rob to be able to pay their bill and raise teir childrens. Dumb myslef, I am moving back to Canada the greatest country of all!

Dumb how? In intelligence or common-sense? I've lived in the NE (PA & NJ), SE (FL) and midwest (Chicago & Milwaukee). So based on that here's my opinion:
NE: well rounded smart...good common-sense mixed with intellectual intelligence
SE (or just south in general b/c I have travelled throughout the south): they are on the whole realitively dumb in both common-sense and intelligence. (Florida is the worst of all the states though. If you're dumb go to FL...its a breeding ground for the dumb and the lazy....lol and the serial killers *shrug* its were they are flee to hide out)
Midwest: Intellectual intelligent but common-sense is lacking somewhat. They are "simple" ppl for the most part.
I haven't spent enough time out west, but are starting to travel out there more now. I can't really give a well thought-out opinion on the west.
But based on my experiences....I would say that any state south of the Mason/Dixson line lack both in intelligence and common-sense to give a well round dumbness to their person. *shrug* I suppose if you're going to do something may as well do correctly. LOL

Probably Florida. Dumbest people I've ever seen in my life! No manners, no education, no courtesy at all, third world mentalities, majority acts like animals in public....sorry for that I had to say it. If you're moving to Florida, especially South Florida, have an Anger Management program set up because you'll need it.

I have a feeling that it is a southern state. How about Mississippi? They seem kind of slow.
