A big lie told enough times becomes believable and some people believe anything they are told.
Hermann Goering, Hitler's second in command in the Third Reich knew that if you want to win over people just tell them that the enemy is out to get them and criticize the detractors as unpatriotic. This should sound very familiar today.

Y'know, Lar, good spelling is particularly important when you're trying to insult people. Ya kinda leave the door open for comebacks. Ya see what I mean about the assumption of a lack of intelligence due to poor spelling and insults? I'm kinda amazed that you still aren't getting that.
