Drink a few beers. That always helps when I can't sleep.
Or I think about you.

Try not eating or drinking any caffiene several hours before bedtime, cut the TV off and read a book in a room with low lighting (except for a lamp for your book of course. Listen to some quiet music. If this doesn't hlep try Melatonin, it is a natural supplement that helps promote sleep. You can find it in most drug stores on the vitamins and supplements aisle. It helps me get to sleep on days when I have been stressed.

It works great. Light some candles, put on some soft music and hop into bed. That is some good ambiance.

Soft music, dim lights and a nice bottle of wine. I'll supply the backrub. That should help you sleep.

You need to check your diet and maybe try meditation, I have heard eating peanuts or small bowl of ice cream before bed puts you to sleep. Too much coffee not good either.

I don't do the drug thing.
I mentally exhaust my mind by thinking up spicy questions to ask on P & S.....and I'm out like a light.

Try White noise. Keep a fan on (that's what I do,) or a tv or a radio. It works as long as you aren't paying attention to it. lol
