I had a question removed and I have no idea why...who removes them and why? Does someone have to report you and the content of your question in order to get it removed? One day it was there and the next day it was gone....

Could be Yahoo and it could be someone being anal!

I think it's a toss up between reporters and Yahoo's built in filters. Some words catch the filters and are automatically yanked.

it can either be reported, and yahoo will look at at and delete it, or yahoo will delete it without even posting it, if it violates the rules.
