Check your spam folder. Its probably in there, unless they have already deleted it. Ask them to resend it and get it out of your spam folder within 5 days.

I think you are asking for the number on the wrong forum. I'd check with AVG support for help. If you are just looking for a number, I'll recommend "1234".
