why do these people do this. are they allowed to be smacked for looking stupid?

We were in an elevator going to the 14th floor and some idiot in a hurry did that...well, the elevator jammed between two floors and we were there for over three hours before they got us out. There were 8 of us in there and we seriously thought about doing physical harm to this nut. Yes, smack away...

Ugh...they're idiots. Also anyone who gets on floor 23 and off on 22 needs to be smacked too. I hate people that don't use the express elevator.

i woudl be smacking ppl everyday then. along with those that press the call button a hundred times, thinking it makes the elevator come faster. or the ones that go around and push every up or down button in the lobby, like they arent all connected anyway

you know what i like to do? i like to stand really close to them, and ask them politely if they'd mind stepping back from me - i reall appreciate personal space.
i usually just get weird looks and some poorly-hidden snickers
but other than that, nah. i would save the smacking of people to other more important things.

Because people sometimes have a hard time just patiently waiting. They would rather do SOMETHING even if that something doesn't work, just to feel they are doing something.
