Can audio enhancement software convert basic sound driver audio into hd audio?

Is the hd audio quality as good as hd sound drivers audio.

Cause im using hd audio software and it sounds
great, am I getting true hd audio, from standard
audio output? The software im using is srs audio
sandbox.

No.
It can only "emulate" HD by "enhancing basic sound quality.

The "source" much be HD in order to achieve that quality of sound.
