Here's my solution.... Take just one day and go to a spa and get yourself a thourough facial, a nice long body massage, have a pedicure done as well as a manicure; then go and have your hair done. After you've finished all that go and shop to find you a really nice outfit that looks just fab on you. Once you've finished all this; just stop and take a look at yourself in the mirror and waa laa. The only thing you can do is feel good, smell good, and look good.
Guess what comes next.....you got it....something you haven't seen in a while. That beautiful smiling face. Now see there; it wasn't that hard was it? NO more of those sad and timid expressions. Good luck =)

Make a conscious effort to smile. Every time you catch yourself making a sour face, smile really big and wide! Also, smile when you meet people, answer the phone, shop at the store, etc....Some of the best advice I ever got when I was miserable was to fake it. Act your way into happiness!! Good luck.

Oh thats sooo sad. You have to practice smiling. Just smile at everything. And continue to tell yourself that things will get better. Eventually they will. Sometimes we have to re direct our brain to be better so that we feel good about our lives. We get crappy deals sometimes, but, I assure you, they go away. Just smile... :)

Sit down with a sheet of paper and a pen and count your blessings. You will then find yourself with some happy and thankful feelings, and your countenance will be improved.

Make a conscious effort to smile! Even if you're not smiling because you're happy, your mood might improve a little.
