First of all quit the fighting. If she calls you and it even shows a hint of a fight tell her " Mom , I don't think we should talk now until one of us is able to see both sides of the issue. I'll call you later or you call me and we will try then. If her email shows signs of a fight don't answer them.
I take it your mom and dad are divorced and not friendly to each other. so you can't ask dad to help . How about grandma or and aunt .Best would be a friend of both mom and Dad's.
In any case this will take a long time to heal. It will heal faster if you avoide the arguments.

don't know how old you are or what you fought about, and as a mother maybe i could give some perspective if i knew what had happened. but the one thing i can tell you is that she is hurting as much as you are (if not more) from these fights, and am sure she wants to resolve everything too. hang in there and try to listen to what she is saying to you . . . she is your best advocate and has your interests at heart. she loves you. by kicking you out she is trying to get your attention and show you just how upset she is with you . . . and she knows you are safe with your dad. also you might ask her specifically what she wants, expects from you . . . sometimes it is something as simple as just saying you were right, mom or i'm sorry mom, i love you . good luck!

That sounds like a really tough situation. Are there any unbiased adults that you can talk with? Do you think that your mom would be willing to go to family counseling with you?
If you two are only fighting then you aren't communicating.
Lack of communication and unaddressed anger led to murder in my family so PLEASE try to find some outside help. Counselors at school may be a help, as might be the parents of a friend.
Good luck!
